By accessing or using KroyaMall ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
KroyaMall is a digital marketplace that enables independent creators ("Sellers") to list, sell, and deliver digital products ("Products") to end consumers ("Buyers"). KroyaMall is not the seller of record — Sellers are independent merchants responsible for the products they list.
All products sold through KroyaMall are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, Buyers receive a secure, time-limited download link. Downloads are available for 7 days from the purchase date and are limited to 5 download attempts per purchase.
Unless otherwise specified by the Seller on the product listing, purchasing a Product grants the Buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or commercial purposes. Buyers may not:
Sellers retain full intellectual property rights to their content. Listing a product on KroyaMall does not transfer ownership to KroyaMall.
KroyaMall charges an 8% all-in platform fee on each transaction. This fee covers payment processing, hosting, delivery infrastructure, and platform services. There are no listing fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. Sellers receive the remaining amount after the platform fee is deducted. Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice to active Sellers.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with applicable law, accurately describing products, promptly responding to legitimate Buyer support requests, and collecting and remitting any taxes owed on their sales. KroyaMall reserves the right to remove products or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Strictly prohibited on KroyaMall: illegal content, malware or harmful code, IP-infringing content, adult content or material harmful to minors, and products that facilitate fraud or illegal activity.

KroyaMall is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KroyaMall disclaims all warranties, express or implied. KroyaMall's total liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid by that party in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
